Links
In the past, I've had a list of websites written by friends, but these days that's taken care of a lot better by my Livejournal profile; it's got a pretty good list of people I pay attention to.
If you haven't seen it yet, check out the University Computer Club website. It's a great place to hang out if you're studying at UWA. UniSFA is also fun.
Otherwise, I tend to turn to trs80's bookmarks page for stuff to read. It's a good place to find stuff to read when a distraction is required. At some point I'll have to write a clone of trs80's page with my own links, but it hasn't happened yet.
I'm reasonably nuts for Wikipedia, and horribly addicted. I tend to read the "Page of the Day" and other random links at lunch, it's a good habit. This Penny Arcade is a fairly amusing commentary on Wikipedia, made all the funnier because I vaguely remember watching He-Man as a child.
